Terms of Service

The Service is an affiliate index that organizes and surfaces work information from external stores such as FANZA and DLsite. We do not sell, distribute, or charge for any work on the Service itself. Any purchase or download is a transaction solely between you and the linked external store, and is subject to that store's terms of service, specified-commercial-transaction notices, and similar disclosures. We are not a party to those transactions and bear no responsibility for the content of the transaction, payments, product quality, delivery, or any other dispute that arises with the linked store.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 or older. Using the Service requires consent to the age-verification gate, and persons under 18 are not permitted to use it. You may not engage in any of the following while using the Service:

· Accessing the Service's APIs or content at scale via automated tools, scrapers, bots, or similar means

· Obtaining or using API keys or authentication credentials without authorization

· Creating multiple accounts as the same individual, impersonating others, or selling or transferring accounts

· Interfering with the Service's operation (DoS attacks, exploiting vulnerabilities, reverse engineering, tampering)

· Any act that violates applicable law or public order and morals

If we determine that you have violated these Terms, we may suspend or delete your account without prior notice. You may delete your own account at any time from the Settings page (/settings). Treatment of your data upon deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We disclaim all responsibility for any disadvantage caused by changes in external store specifications, outages, sold-out items, price changes, or discontinuation of distribution; for any transaction issue that arises at the linked affiliate destination; and for any interruption, suspension, modification, or termination of the Service. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page; if you continue using the Service after a revision, you are deemed to have agreed to the new Terms. For material changes, we may also provide a separate notice within the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to the Service.
